I’m Colleen. I’ve parlayed a winding career in writing and producing, journalism and marketing into the very fun space of directing branded short films. I’ve worked for NBC, MSNBC, Huffington Post, BuzzFeed and am a founding writer/director at Courageous, CNN’s award-winning branded content studio.

I have led the creative for brands that include AT&T, Pfizer, Sleep Number, Invesco, HBO, Coors Light, Starbucks, Amazon Studios and Fairmont Hotels to name a few.

My work has helped me connect survivors of Jonestown, amplified the stories of those living with Stage IV breast cancer, taken the business of a 13-year-old kid from his mom’s living room to a billboard in Times Square, and shared the fight for pay parity in US Women’s soccer.

I have a degree from Pratt Institute in Writing for Performance, Publication and Media. I’m mostly based in NYC with Richmond roots and an outpost in the Hudson Valley.
